GUYANA
FEBRUARY 19-27, 2026

Come and support the Mayreau YWAM Base and missionaries, Ben & Jes Tangert, through revitalization projects that are seeking to help the island recover from the hurricane that devastated that region in 2024.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
:: A copy of your ACTIVE passport must be submitted along with your completed application.
:: By law, your passport expiration date must be at least six months beyond the date of your selected trip.
LIABILITY FORMS
:: Each applicant must complete a "Liability Release Form" as part of the application process. Click on the
"Adult Liability Form" button below to fill out the form. Your application is not considered complete without it.
:: FOR APPLICANTS UNDER 18: Parental consent is required in order to go on any missions trip. Please click
on the "Minor Liability Form" button below to complete this form. Both Minor Applicant and Parent/Guardian
signatures are required within the form and your application is not considered complete without it.
