We are ordinary people with a mission to transform our community and the world by

connecting people with God and each other. It is our purpose to unleash God's extraordinary

From Pastor Deryl:

These past two Sundays, we've experienced a “soft reopening” of our church.

It has been a delight to see so many of you again! We instituted various safety

precautions, which have been working very well. We will follow the same

protocol this Sunday, June 7th.

A document detailing service procedures is available by clicking here.

We encourage you to read this so we are all on the same page regarding

expectations. Please note that our Welcome Center is now open! You can

also view Pastor Deryl's video reopening announcement by clicking here.

We have returned to having pre-service prayer time, committing our morning to the Lord and asking for His presence. You are invited to join in with this time in the Conference Room at 8:45am. If there are too many people for the Conference Room, we will shift to the Cove.

This Sunday, June 7th, we are inviting everyone to join us in-person for our 9:30am service. We would encourage those, in what would be considered a high-risk demographic for COVID-19, or those not comfortable being out in large groups, to stay home and view the service, via livestream.

Click here to view the service on our livestream website page.
Click here to view the service on our Facebook page.

If you engage with the service through Facebook, we would encourage you to use the interactive capacity and say hello to other viewers and or post your affirmative comments relating to the service. This is just another way we can interact with and encourage one another during this season.

Please continue to stay connected with your small group and other church members. Beginning immediately, this may be in-person, through social media, FaceTime, Zoom (or similar platform), email, or simply phone calls.

Our Tuesday 12:00pm and Friday 6:00am Prayer Gatherings are back to meeting in person. If you still prefer to connect by Zoom, please contact Pastor Chris for an access link (ctangert@dwchurch.org).

For the next several weeks, and as long as we continue not having Children’s Ministry on Sunday mornings, Kid's Track Online will be available for our children. Parents, please click here for access to these special kid-friendly presentations.

I would encourage you to pray for those of us in church leadership as we face challenging decisions and strive to find ways to keep us connected as a church body. Also remember, we are asking each family, and each individual to set a daily reminder time, stop and pray for five minutes, at 20:20 each evening (8:20pm). As Mim and I stop to pray each evening, it is encouraging to think of all of you standing with us in prayer, for revival in the nation, for protection over DOVE Westgate Church, and to see this virus eradicated from our nation.

As we have now moved towards in-person meetings, DOVE Westgate Church Elders and Staff will be as vigilant as possible against any compromising situation. If a member of our Pastoral Team receives word of a positive test for COVID-19 from anyone who has attended a DOVE Westgate event, they will promptly notify Senior Pastor, Deryl Hurst, who will oversee a process of notifying anyone who may have been exposed while at church. We will strive to maintain confidentiality to the best of our ability. This is, however, secondary to the health and safety of our people. Those who may have been exposed will be notified for their safety.

Our Pastoral Team continues to be available to serve your spiritual needs.

Please feel free to call any of us on our cell phone or

contact the church office for assistance at info@dwchurch.org.

God is FOR you, He LOVES you, WE LOVE YOU!
